Why exactly am I a corporate whore? Because I buy things? I think that would make me a normal human being, as everyone has to buy things they need, and everyone (even those who vocally oppose capitalism ) enjoy getting new things.

Being old is weird. We went to Sears over the long weekend for a new shower curtain (and to check out the newly-remodeled Bayshore Town Center - formerly Bayshore Mall). I too was excited about neat household items! I am not too surprised, as I work with household goods, but still... When I was 18 I would have NEVER gotten excited over purchasing goods for the home, let alone even help shop for them! But I look forward to my new life as a husband! Now if only I can figure out something to do besides drone on in an office 5 days a week!
