Missing Link

Well, the first week of the year is over, and not a moment too soon. I started the week off sick, and once I felt well enough, I was back workin again. This has taken a toll of it’s own, causing me to be exhausted for most of the past few days. No matter how much sleep I get, it just doesn’t seem to be enough.

This weekend I’m planning on catching up on sleep, reading some, going to some stores where I have gift cards, spending time with Ann, playing around with my newly repaired iPod (yes it was successful, I’ll write about that later), watching dvd’s and anything else that comes to mind.

I keep finding myself going to apple’s website to spec out a macbook pro. I know I would absolutly LOVE one, but I keep having to convince myself to wait and not get one right now. I will probably end up getting one about the time that my applecare protection wears out on my powerbook. It’ll be nicer to get a larger model. I have the 12″ powerbook, which has it’s moments where it shines, but there are a lot of other instances where I’d just rather have the larger screen real estate…. It’s hard to work on multiple things on a 12″ screen.

Anyone who wants to spend about $2500 on me can get me Macbook Pro for me for my birthday. Stop laughing, I’m dead serious. I will be your best friend. Honest, I will. Please?

I think I’m gonna go get a head start on that sleep thing….
